Category:Airliner accidents and incidents by airline

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This category includes articles describing notable occurrences involving airline flights. An aviation occurrence, as defined by the United States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO),[1][2] can range from a minor incident, such as an inadvertent landing at the wrong airport, to a major disaster, such as a crash or collision involving many fatalities. Occurrences also include deliberate acts, such as hijacking, suicide, sabotage or shoot-down. This category specifically excludes non-airline occurrences which involve only general aviation or military aviation. The sub-categories are grouped by airline.
